When the compressed air pressure increases, the gas production of the finished nitrogen will increase accordingly; conversely, the gas production will decrease. Therefore, the relationship between compressed air pressure and nitrogen flow rate is also positively correlated.

 

 

It can be seen from the above that there is a close positive relationship between the flow rate and the air compressor. Conversely, the selection of the air compressor should also be based on the flow rate index of the nitrogen generation system to ensure that it can meet the user's needs.

 

Of course, when selecting an air compressor, parameters such as the purity, pressure, and dew point of the finished nitrogen, as well as the reserved power, also need to be considered to ensure that the air compressor can work in the best condition. Choosing a good air compressor is beneficial to the working efficiency of the PSA nitrogen generation system and the service life of the equipment.
