Products Description

 

A polymerization kettle is the main equipment for preparing polymer compounds. It is generally a vertical cylindrical high-pressure kettle with a jacket, which allows steam or cold water to be introduced for heating or cooling.

Its working principle is based on the chemical process of polymerization reactions.

Before the reaction starts, the required reactants, catalysts, solvents, and other substances are added to the inner container and uniformly mixed by a stirring device.

Next, as required by the reaction, the outer container is heated to provide the necessary temperature conditions.

A high-pressure environment is usually achieved through a sealing system to ensure the safety and efficiency of the reaction process.
