Product Introduction

Hydrogenation reactors are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicine, and food. The working principle of a hydrogenation reactor is to fully mix hydrogen, catalysts, and materials through high-speed stirring, thereby achieving the effect of rapid reaction.

Product Parameters

  • Useful volume: 5 liters - 200 m3
  • Design pressure: up to 220 bar
  • Design temperature: 150 to 400°C
  • Material: almost all metallic materials (carbon steel, stainless steels, Ni-based materials, titanium, etc.)
  • Heat transfer internally: tube coils, tube bundle heat exchangers
  • Design always specially adapted to your needs

Precautions for using hydrogenation reactors

  • For operators who are operating the autoclave for the first time, there must be at least one operator who has mastered the operation of high-pressure reactors proficiently on site.
  • Operators on site must wear cotton gloves and shoes without iron nails.
  • Do not carry items that are easy to cause explosion or spontaneous combustion such as mobile phones, lighters, MP3 players into the hydrogenation work area.
  • Operators near the hydrogenolysis should handle tools and parts gently, and must not cause rigid collisions that may generate sparks.
  • When depressurizing, the tail gas from the high-pressure reaction should preferably be led outdoors through a rubber hose, or into a fume hood.
