GNEE's VPSA oxygen generators adopt a multi-unit coordinated control system, which can realize real-time interlocking adjustment of pressure, flow, and purity of the 3 units with a synchronization accuracy of ±0.01Mpa; each unit is equipped with an independent adsorption-desorption module to ensure that the system can still maintain more than 70% of the gas supply capacity in case of a single unit failure. During the production operation of a certain captive thermal power plant, the coordinated oxygen output from the 3 sets of VPSA oxygen generators has kept the ozone denitration efficiency stable above 90%, and the denitration cost per ton of coal has been reduced by 40%.
