In the chemical industry, the corrosion-resistant VPSA equipment customized for an Indian chemical industrial park features a shell with special coating and titanium alloy interface design, capable of withstanding acid gas corrosion. The oxygen purity is precisely controlled at 99.2%±0.3%, meeting the stringent requirements of the catalytic cracking process. Notable achievements have also been made in the medical and environmental fields: The low-pressure adaptive model customized for a plateau hospital in Nepal solves the oxygen supply problem at an altitude of 3,800 meters through pressure compensation technology, maintaining oxygen concentration stably between 93% and 95%; The intelligent aeration oxygen generation system developed for a wastewater treatment plant in the Netherlands dynamically adjusts oxygen supply using AI algorithms, increasing the utilization rate of dissolved oxygen in wastewater to 95% and improving treatment efficiency by 20%. Up to now, GNEE's customized VPSA oxygen generators have achieved full capacity coverage of 50-15,000 Nm³/h, with oxygen purity precisely adjustable between 90% and 99.5%, adapting to extreme working conditions from -20℃ to 50℃.
