The compressed air pressure is unstable

 

The pressure of compressed air cannot be within the specified range when it enters the molecular sieve. Sudden high and low air pressure will affect the working efficiency of the molecular sieve and insufficient oxygen production. A common solution is to add an air storage tank before the air enters the molecular sieve. , wait until the air pressure is in a stable state before entering the molecular sieve.

 

Molecular sieve quality

 

Although molecular sieves can continue to work for 8-10 years under normal use, molecular sieves will undergo natural loss during use. When the loss reaches a certain level, sufficient oxygen will not be produced, resulting in a decrease in oxygen concentration. Therefore, it is necessary to check the molecular sieve regularly to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the molecular sieve.
