Nickel-based heat exchangers use nickel-based as the core heat exchange elements, consisting of tube bundles, shells, tube sheets, baffle plates, and other components. The tube bundles form a multi-channel structure through precise arrangement. Cold and hot fluids flow countercurrently in the tube side and shell side, respectively, and heat transfer is achieved through the tube walls. The baffle plates guide the shell-side fluid to form a spiral flow, enhancing the degree of turbulence, which increases the heat transfer coefficient by 30%-50% compared with traditional smooth tubes.
